We booked a standard twin room, it was cheap with great design.
Ordered breakfast, it was extremely poor, it should be way much better, really.

Wonderful relaxing, immaculately clean hotel with professional personnel from reception to waiters. The most important - unbelievably good location next to petrol station. Right by an amazing restaurant as well as the shop.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, friendly bar area, and delicious restaurant meals always impress me. During my first stay, the staff gave me the best local taxi tip, which I still remember. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The place was fairly clean and delightful, had pleasant and consistently courteous staff from reception to waiters. The location was riverside, just off a taxi, which did n't arrive and Ribble river and Ribble Way path. We ate at the hotel's attached restaurant, really enjoyed it.

The favourable location with access to the motorways and to Preston as well as the scenic location on the River Ribble deserve special mention. Breakfast was very good and rich. The staff is very helpful and also open-minded and flexible for wishes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try the restaurant, maybe next time.

Only stayed for one night, breaking a journey from Scotland to London and chose the Hotel since my husband and I had both previously stayed there on business and our memories were good. The Hotel welcome was warm as a young Scotsman was present with the Receptionist and he was most pleasant. Our room was lovely with a very nice bathroom - with separate shower - and was well furnished and comfortable. We had dinner, my husband;s meal was good but mine was very poor. I had dover sole which the chef kindly took off the bone for me, but it was served without a sauce or dressing with dry potatoes and a huge portion of dry vegetables. I felt the composition of the meal was boring and poor. This was disappointing but did not totally spoil our visit. Breakfast was fine next morning. We will definitely return at some future date.
